Kim Diamond

Instructor

Kim Diamond teaches Creative Dance, Ballet, Tap, Jazz, and Musical Theater. She has been teaching for 30 years and is certified through CNADM. Kim taught at Dance Dance Dance in Glen Ellyn and Dance Motions in Bartlett, before settling down in Dundee. She has been teaching Creative Dance 1 & 2, and Level 1 classes in Tap, Jazz, and Ballet at DDA over the last 15 years. She is a kind and gentle teacher for our 3 year old students, as they separate for the first time from parents. Kim communicates well with her dance parents and students to help them navigate through classroom experiences and first time recital jitters, focusing on building her students for success. Kim has 3 children of her own that have added to her experience and knowledge in better understanding the many stages of childhood, as well as parenting! She has a loving and supportive husband who enjoys hearing her stories of “today, one of my cutie patooties…”
